Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

  • Software Attic provides FREE shipping on all orders.

  • We ship most domestic orders via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the package. In some instances we may use UPS ground for larger orders.

  • All domestic orders will be provided with tracking information. We do not provide tracking information for APO addresses.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. In some instances we may not be able to ship the item for 4 to 5 days. In the event of delays due to backorders, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. You will be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.

  • Our warehouse does not ship on weekends or holidays. Holiday and weekend days should not be considered when estimating delivery dates.

  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days for domestic orders to arrive.

  • Please note that once the item is shipped, it's out of our hand. Delivery time depends on local postal service.

  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

  • We will accept military addresses, unfortunately we cannot accept international orders. Please note that we cannot provide tracking information for military addresses.

Return Policy:

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping at no cost. Otherwise returns for reasons other that a defective product will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must not be open. Unfortunately we cannot accept opened items.

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • You must obtain a return authorization number by contacting us at sales@softwareattic.com 

  • You must return the product undamaged, unregistered and in resalable condition.

Compatibility:

It's the customers responsibility to make sure that the software is compatible with their system. All our items are listed with the system requirements provided by the publisher. Please note that some of the order titles are not compatible with newer operating systems.

Replacement Policy:

All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. If your item is defective, please contact us within 30 days to obtain a return authorization number. We gladly and promptly replace or refund any defective product provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase at no cost to you. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging, software, booklets and pamphlets, etc. in new and resalable condition and free of any markings or damage.
